"As a PM, I was fortunate to have worked with Rodrigo at the bank's marquee Blockchain project, back in October/November 2016 for a few months. In that very short period, Rodrigo played a critical role of UX designer to design the UX for the Blockchain project and also work with the client's business, IT, and UI developers as well as IBM team.
First and foremost, "Client Value" and "Delivery" - the client is very difficult to work with, as they are always looking to work with IBM in a staff augmentation mode to get more value out of IBM consultants. So in a very short few weeks, Rodrigo delivered extremely valuable and very detailed SOW deliverables around UX wireframe designs, Interactive, and style guides to the client's senior IT leadership and won their trust. Rodrigo was extremely professional and detailed oriented in all that he did, to gain this credibility. Rodrigo performed well above his current band levels as evidenced from his interactions with the senior client leaders and "client first" attitude to create great deliverables and building solid client relationships in the client's Blockchain project team.
