"Space 3.0" (Occupancy Planning tool). A multi-year initiative to deliver a mission critical space planning tool. The Stacking part of the tool is a first step in the journey and will enable: 1. Visualization of space allocation scenarios across floors and buildings. 2. Generation and iteration of multiple complex plans quickly to replace a very time-consuming, cumbersome exercise currently performed in spreadsheets.

Initiatives that I was part of include; Homepage & Isles redesign (web), PDP page redesign (mobile), Unlimited Delivery Club subscription (mobile), Unlimited Delivery Club at Checkout (mobile & web), Your Store A/B test (web), Starbucks ordering for DUG (mobile), and Immunization Scheduler (mobile & web).

Was the UX lead in creating the future of their customer mobile app and help the client adopt Agile ways of working.

Collaborated with other teams to create a scalable design model that would facilitate visibility and transparency into our design efforts as well as enable designers to design at-pace and with consistency.
Engaged with InVision to explore using their new Design System Manager and successfully implemented design systems for both platforms.

In addition to creating designs for our features, I also created future vision designs and shared them early-on with our Stakeholders.

Was part of the Discovery and Reinvention team tasked with researching how to leverage guest data to provide meaningful customer insights to front-line employees so that they can better serve their guests.
Tasked with assessing how marketing teams currently create and execute on marketing campaigns and envisioning a more intuitive way all inside of Salesforce.
Tasked with discovering a better way for the marketing teams to ideate, create and execute marketing campaigns for all the brands and properties, using the Salesforce platform. This included understanding how the different business teams currently work on creating and executing on marketing campaigns, identifying their pinpoints and envisioning a campaign flow inside Salesforce that will enable all business teams to co-create and execute on campaigns quickly and efficiently – all digitally in one platform.

UX/UI Design Lead to create an online marketplace where 3rd party sellers can sell various grocery items. Customers can then have items shipped to their location.
Designed the catalogue pages, My Account pages and Checkout flow pages based on a hybrid approach – using an existing design system and adapting it to the Magento platform.
Created a general style guide for the developers and various email templates.

Front end and back end migration to Adobe Experience Manager platform.
We were tasked with creating AEM modules and sub-modules for a global OEM template.
Was the UX lead who took current designs from 2 different markets and performed a gap analysis identifying features/functional requirements and identified common and unique features. Part of the GAP analysis was not only listing features but also creating site maps to compare the user flows of each. Once approved, I created modules and sub-modules for AEM.
The output of this effort were 3 GAP analysis documents and 1 Functional Design Report. Also began creating visual designs for the new look and feel of the global brand.

Was the UX/Visual design Lead to design an application for investment companies, clients, fund companies, and general partner companies to manage their investment funds.
This was a complex project run on an Agile methodology. With changing designs and business requirements through out different sprints, I worked with client business teams in the UK and IT teams in Chicago to design the custom application user interface.

The objective was to create a technical POC for associate-facing in-store applications – a HTML interface that, through APIs, would populate with existing data as well as external data. Team leaders also asked that, in parallel, we create an Art-of-the-Possible story around the main persona – a store manager.
Was the UX lead tasked with the following:
1. Create a list of assumptions that were socialized among the team and revised if needed.
2. Redesign 3 screens of the website while retaining current functionality.
3. Envision what the future state could look like for store associates and create new designs. Created new comps for a Manager tablet app and employee mobile app, along with a video story that narrated a day in the life of a store manager at a store.

Homeowners Insurance Online Quote and Purchase

Re-design of company's Homeowners Online Bind Quotation and Purchase. Was the UX Director – Liaison between client and the offshore UI team - leading an offshore team of IBMiX consultants.
Was tasked with updating and creating all pages of the Homeowners online quotation process and Purchase process by leveraging our IBMiX offshore team. Coordinated with the offshore team on a daily basis to ensure that they understood the directions coming from the client’s Business team, reviewed their work and answered any questions and followed up with any concerns.
Tasked with updating the client’s Content Component Library, UI Specifications and Assets and Query Tracker – which was used to track queries.
Acted as a Coordinator and worked closely with the client's BA team and our IBM Delivery Manager & Executive to help staff the team at the beginning of the project and throughout the project, helping coordinate any issues we had along the way on a daily basis.

Worked as Visual Designer on IBM’s World Community Grid. Re-branded and re-designed their website.
Assisted with architecting portions of the website as needed.
Some deliverables include numerous page mock-ups based on wireframes, new logo and PSD comps of new designs. Also, various design templates for social media, PowerPoint, etc...
P-TECH

IBM’s Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs (CC&CA), hired IBM Interactive Experience Chicago Studio to participate in the Design and Development work for the P-TECH Content Site project. The purpose of this content site is to detach the Model from one single P-TECH school.

My deliverables were the following: conduct Stakeholder Interviews, Competitive Analysis, conduct a Requirements Workshop, create User Profiles/Personas, create User Scenarios and Use Case Models for each scenario, created a Site Map and Wireframes.
As a Visual Designer, created design templates, logo designs and a Visual Style Guide for the development team. Created a Branding Style Guide and assets for the development team as well as help with content design.
